A mother and a woman in her 50s, Karen understands the importance of a safe, non-judgmental space, where you can simply be and let the music guide you back to your most authentic self.

 With a deep understanding of what young children in early development need, Karen Justine tailors her approach to nurture their growth through playful, inclusive movement. Whether in- person or online, her sessions invite you to step into a world of joy, growth, and personal transformation.
